English speaking Customer Care Officer

As a customer care officer, you will oversee the complete order-to-cash process for your client portfolio. You’ll handle order management, ensure accurate data entry, and maintain smooth communication with customers and internal teams. Your day will involve resolving queries, addressing challenges, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional service.

Working closely with sales, logistics, and planning teams, you’ll play a key role in optimizing processes and enhancing customer satisfaction. You’ll use tools like SAP and Salesforce to manage records and provide actionable insights. • Monthly salary between €3,477 and €4,275.
• Temporary contract for maternity leave coverage.
• 36 hours per week, with a flexible schedule.

• MBO/HBO degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in B2B customer care or order management.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Team player with multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
