Employment type: Full-time job / 38 hours per week

Salary indication: €2500-€3250 gross per month excluding holiday pay.

Catering Industry CAO compliant employment conditions

Performing preparatory work such as washing, cutting, (pre) cooking, mixing, stirring, etc.;
-
Assessing the quality of products/ingredients to be used (freshness, shelf life, etc.), preparing tools;
-
Executing preparations, monitoring/controlling quality, doneness, taste, color, fluidity, etc., and making adjustments/additions;
-
Making orders ready to serve by performing à la minute cooking tasks, portioning, and garnishing;

Supervising the work of assistants, providing guidance and instructions;
-
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, Occupational Health and Safety, HACCP, and work and presentation methods (house style).
Your Profile
Knowledge and Skills

MBO level 3 work and thinking level;

Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques;

Knowledge of products/ingredients and (the composition of) the menu.
