Laboratory Production Worker (no relocation)

Wat je gaat doen (!) Please be aware: this role is only available if you live in or near Spijkenisse, and have a valid work permit for the Netherlands.

In this role, you will learn the fire assay technique, a globally recognized method for analyzing metals. Sounds complicated? Don’t worry—you’ll get full training and guidance every step of the way. Together with your team, you’ll ensure that all analyses are carried out accurately and safely. You’ll be working in a modern laboratory environment, in a fixed two-shift schedule of 6:00–14:30 and 14:30–23:00, so no night shifts!
Your tasks:

• Carefully weighing and preparing raw materials for analysis
• Learning to apply the fire assay technique in practice
• Accurately entering analysis results into the system
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and structured workplace
• Collaborating with colleagues from different countries

• Bruto uurloon van €16,28 (€2.831 per maand).
• Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
• Fulltime functie met een vast tweeploegensysteem (06:00–14:30, 14:30–23:00).
• Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,21 per kilometer.

Functie-eisen We don’t require prior experience, just the right mindset:

• You speak good English (Dutch is a plus)
• You can commute independently to the location in Spijkenisse (not accessible by public transport)
• You are eager to learn, accurate, and follow safety rules
• You can provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) if required

You will be working at an international laboratory specialized in the analysis of metals. Using advanced techniques, this company delivers reliable results to clients all over the world, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and precision.

The team consists of around 25 colleagues working in shifts. English is the working language, and you’ll receive plenty of guidance and opportunities to grow.
