Are you passionate about digital innovation and customer-centric design? As our DFJ intern, you'll be at the heart of transforming customer journeys across NN International. You'll collaborate with a dynamic central team and eight diverse business units to help design and scale AI-powered, straight-through processes and intuitive self-service experiences that boost both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a high-impact transformation programme, contribute to cutting-edge digital solutions, and help make our customer journeys truly seamless and frictionless.
What you are going to do
- Driving preparation for the meetings with senior management and workshops / meetings with representatives of the eight NN business units
- Assisting in monitoring and evaluating the dynamics of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Helping Product Owners with selecting, prioritizing and planning AI use cases
- Manage key stakeholders from the eight NN Business units on different topics
- Contribute to the creation of the strategy and future plans of the DFJ International workstream

Who you are
- You're an independent, driven individual who thrives at learning and intellectual challenge. You're eager to make an impact and grow in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field
- Known for your analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills
- A proactive team player who enjoys collaborating across cultures and disciplines
- Confident with Excel and PowerPoint, and skilled at turning data and discussions into clear, compelling visual insights Fluent in English, both written and spoken

You'll be part of the central DFJ International team - a vibrant group of ~10 professionals from 10 different nationalities, each bringing unique perspectives and expertise.
