Power? We can't live without it. That text to your friends wouldn't have been sent without a charged phone, and your electric car won't go anywhere without a battery. More importantly, how would a hospital even function without a backup generator?
What's this about?
It's about the smartest, best, and most sustainable power solutions out there. This team has been the go-to expert in developing batteries, accessories, and backup power systems for decades. Simply put, we can't do without them.
And it's not just us who get it. Customers across Europe understand it too. They come to this company for solutions tailored to their needs and of the highest quality. They want to keep it that way, which means no challenge is too big. But they will need your help to make it happen.
Cool, but what will I actually do?
In this role, you are connecting customers, sales, and engineering. Alongside three account managers, you turn questions like "How can we keep our factory running during a power outage?" into concrete system designs that perfectly fit the situation. You create system configurations that link, for example, a roof full of solar panels to smart charging stations and battery storage to handle peak demand. You also help craft persuasive business cases.
On Monday, you might be at a customer site in Germany explaining how a backup system keeps their hospital safe. By Thursday, you could be at an international trade show discussing the latest battery technology with suppliers. You constantly follow market developments, compare solutions with competitors to spot new opportunities, answer questions like "Can this system handle being outside in the rain?" and give internal product training. On top of that, you maintain contact with suppliers about specifications, advise on the best physical placement of systems for safety and efficiency, and improve documentation, templates, and calculation models so everything is ready for the next project.
Alright, what do I need to bring?
You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field such as electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or energy technology. With at least three years in a technical role working with energy storage systems, battery technology, or other sustainable energy solutions, you know exactly what it takes to make a system work and integrate it smartly for the customer.
You are customer-focused and communicate clearly, so you can explain why a certain inverter is a better fit for an installation or how a battery can be expanded quickly. You can translate technical information into plain language so anyone, even without a technical background, immediately understands. You enjoy working independently, take initiative, and see opportunities to make a system slightly better or more efficient.
Sounds good, but do I really want it?
Maybe. With a competitive salary between €3.500 and €5.000 and solid benefits, you are off to a great start. Then there is daily catered lunch, weekly bootcamp sessions, and annual ski trips. Even more important, they invest in your personal development so you can keep growing in your career. Oh, and working from home occasionally is no problem either. It is a pretty sweet deal. Apply today and we will be in touch soon.
