WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
• University degree (Logistics, Economics, Business Administration or related) or 1-2 years of relevant working experience• Proven record of project coordination and implementation
• Very good computer skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Stakeholder management and project management tools
• Experience in problem solving and improving processes and ways of working
• Confident and clear communication in English both written and verbal
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Co-ordinate all relevant readiness initiatives connected to project implementation in the unit.• Responsible for coordinating all involved stakeholders in the unit organisation towards a successful project implementation/process change.
• Responsible for steering communication and change management in a controlled way to maximise motivation for all people involved to embrace and support the implementation.
• Responsible for monitoring implementation status against agreed timeline, budget and goals and taking relevant corrective actions when needed.
• Secure a clear handover to the relevant stakeholders (department and roles) at project closure.

As part of CFF, the function of Fulfilment and Replenishment Unit Operation will contribute to this objective by:
- taking a lead and overall responsibility for operational excellence, performance, and development of units within the market.
- striving for high performance at lowest possible cost and long-term profitability acting in a responsible way and thereby create great customer experience.
- securing development and well-being environment for our many co-workers in the units.
- enabling preconditions, securing availability and efficient execution of the replenishment process and the customer order fulfilment processes in the units.
- continuous improvement and securing fulfilment of products through all channels with great lead times, availability and quality at the lowest possible costs that enable an affordable price and profitability.
