What will you be doing?
In our practice, you will work for national and international clients, advising on digital law issues such as cybersecurity, privacy, data, AI, and related commercial contracts. Often collaborating closely with foreign PwC offices, you'll deal with various aspects of Dutch contract law and European legislation on digital compliance. As a (Senior) Manager:

You lead a team of (senior) associates and managers;

You take responsibility for (building and expanding) your own client portfolio and advising clients on legal options, requirements, and processes, including drafting and coordinating the relevant documentation;

You think strategically with (future) clients about current and future digital developments and associated opportunities and challenges;

You coach your team in their technical and personal development;

You contribute to the further development and growth of our Digital Law team;

You collaborate with other teams within PwC Legal Business Solutions and PwC teams from other business units and Lines of Service (such as Tax, Advisory, and Assurance) to provide integrated solutions to our clients.

You have completed a university master's degree;

You have approximately 10 years of relevant work experience as a lawyer or corporate counsel within a large (international) organization;

You are reliable, client-oriented, commercially minded, and have a knack for relationship management;

You are driven to find innovative solutions to key problems for our clients and to optimize and digitalize our services;

You write and speak excellent English.
