• Experience in leading a multi-faceted high-volume business and proven ability to work and lead a team under pressure• Previous experience in leading a team of leaders
• Ability to build trustful relationships and to engaging and motivating
• Ability to deliver strong business results through people
• Planning and organizational skills and ability to handle multiple topics and changing priorities and deadlines
• Ability to identify new business opportunities
• Self-reliant and self-motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
• Capable of communicating in English and Italian both in writing and verbally
• Good Knowledge of Food Retail business solutions
• Deep knowledge of local Food legislations and HACCP and IKEA compliance standards and IKEA Food Safety Standards and
• Knowledge of Sustainability in food is a nice to have
• Ideally a good knowledge of National business direction, consumer and market conditions, customer buying behaviors, food trends
• Capable of communicating in English and Italian both in writing and verbally
