As an operator, you are responsible for assembling, setting up, and operating various machines and equipment. You ensure that there are enough raw materials to keep production running smoothly, monitor the machines, and accurately record product data.

You will work a rotating two-shift schedule: one week in the morning shift from 05:00 to 14:00, the next week in the evening shift from 14:00 to 23:00. To help you get started, you'll be paired with a mentor for the first six weeks who will train and guide you. After this period, you will be ready to work independently.

For hours worked before 06:00 and after 18:00, you will receive a generous shift bonus on top of your regular pay. Here's what you'll earn: your base hourly wage is € 16,38. On top of that, you'll receive an ADV bonus of € 1,00 per hour. If you work before 06:00 or after 18:00, your hourly pay can go up to € 22,79. For a full-time workweek of 40 hours, the average starting salary is € 3.313,50 per month.

And the best part? As you gain experience and prove your value, you will grow in both role and salary up to € 3.707,51 per month!
