This bakery is known for its wide range of pastry products, such as egg cakes, meringue products, cakes and cookies. In addition, the bakery specializes in bake-off batter and dough, which can be found in supermarkets and wholesalers alike. Here you will work in a close-knit team and contribute to the preparation and packaging of these products.
As a Production Worker Food, you will be responsible for the entire production process from preparing dough to packing the finished products. Your duties are:
- Preparing dough and batter according to established recipes;
- Replenishing machines with the correct ingredients;
- Monitoring and controlling the baking process and making adjustments if necessary;
- Quality control of the products;
- And daily cleaning according to cleaning schedules and meeting established quality standards.
For this role, we are looking for someone who possesses:
