As an Assembly Operator, you will work in a cleanroom environment to produce precision elements such as laser modules, scanners, and sensors. You assemble components to exact specifications, ensuring that all work meets the highest quality and safety standards. Using measuring equipment, you perform process controls to verify accuracy and document your activities in the ERP system for full traceability. You also contribute to LEAN improvement projects by identifying optimizations and supporting process enhancements. Your accuracy, technical skills, and proactive approach keep quality high and production efficient.
Job requirements
- Experience in a production environment, preferably in a cleanroom;
- Excellent fine motor skills and attention to detail;
- Strong technical affinity and a quality-focused mindset;
- Experience with microscopy, soldering, or optical assembly is an advantage;
- Good communication skills in English;
- Availability from 07:30 to 16:00;
- Motivated, eager to learn, stress-resistant, and disciplined.
