Operator

This company specializes in producing sustainable additives for animal feed. Production takes place in a 3-shift schedule with the following working hours:

• Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:15 (Monday to Friday)
• Afternoon shift: 14:00 - 22:15 (Monday to Friday)
• Night shift: 22:00 - 06:15 (Sunday to Friday)

As an Operator you are responsible for your own workstation within the production facility. You make sure that the process runs safely and efficiently. At the start of your shift, you review the production orders, ensure the machines are clean and properly set up. You weigh and dose raw materials, monitor the machine process and keep an eye on the product quality. You also take samples and register everything in SAP.
If a malfunction occurs, you solve it yourself or coordinate with the team leader on how to proceed. Occasionally, bags of 20 to 25 kilos need to be lifted. You also actively participate in discussions with colleagues to improve processes and ensure a smooth production flow.

What is expected of you?

• You work accurately and independently
• You have technical insight and take responsibility
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift system
• Physical work is not a problem for you (lifting up to 25 kg)

• A salary starting at €2,450, increasing up to €2,900
• 15% shift allowance and a night bonus of €3.50 gross per hour
