Final Inspection Employee

Working at TOBROCO-GIANT means getting to work for the manufacturer of GIANT machines and attachments in the Netherlands! The company opened its first factory in 1996 and today offers and of the broadest portfolio in the industry with a total of forty different models in over sixty countries. Will you be joining the TOBROCO-GIANT team? 

As a Final Inspection Employee, you will ensure that products are assembled and produced according to predefined regulations, protocols and quality standards. You will also take care of the final inspection of the product and make recommendations on required modifications to the product in question. You also assess or perform corrections independently or the product is transferred to assembly, this in consultation with the supervisor. You also identify structural deviation and proactively advise on necessary changes in both work instructions and the entire assembly process. 

You will work day shift with the following working hours: from 07:00 to 16:00.

Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment and working in accordance with guidelines and work instructions;
• Reporting incidental and structural deviations back to own supervisor;
• When a product does not meet specifications, the employee independently performs minor technical corrections. For larger deviations the machine is reported back to assembly for repair in consultation with the supervisor;
• And designing the products to function tests to find out whether the products also meet the specifications in terms of functionality and overall operation.

You are suitable for the position at TOBROCO-GIANT if you:

• Have had a technical education in the area of mechanics or automotive technoglogy;
• Have good knowlegde about the PIP-system and specific TOBROCO products;
• Are accurate, stress resistant and flexible Are results-oriented, solution-oriented;
• Have experience as a Final Inspection Employee;
• Have good communication skills;
• And have a proactive attitude.
