You will be working at a family business that has been baking and delivering fresh bread daily to their customers since 1895. They distinguish themselves by delivering high quality products. So people can enjoy their delicious and fresh specialties every day and at any time. The products are delivered to more than 2,000 stores throughout the Netherlands. As a Production Worker, you will work in 3 shifts. Your working hours will be from 07:00 to 15:00, from 15:00 to 23:00 and from 23:00 to 07:30.
As a Production Worker you will start the day with a nice cup of coffee then your workday will begin. Together with two bakery colleagues you will form a team and you will be responsible for a production line of no less than 100 meters. Your tasks are:
- Ensuring that the right ingredients are processed into the dough, checking the quality of the ingredients;
- Closely monitor the rising process of the bread to prevent failures;
- Decorating the bread before it goes into the oven;
- And cleaning machines and sweeping the floor.
The following is required of you:
- You can keep your calm well when a breakdown occurs (major breakdowns are for the technical department);
- You know how to get things done;
- You would like to work in a 3-shift system;
- And you are available 30-38 hours a week.
As a Production Worker, you can expect the following:
- A gross hourly wage of €14.40;
- Allowances such as 34% in the evening and nights and 100% on Sundays;
- And working in shifts.
