What will you do?
You maintain and improve the local Quality Management System (QMS/BMS) and ensure alignment with industry standards, regulations, and GKN requirements. You're the bridge between processes, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Manage and improve the QMS/BMS in line with aerospace regulations (e.g. ISO9001/AS9100)
- Ensure integration with systems like Environment (ISO14001) and Information Security (ISO27001)
- Support local process owners with setup and maintenance of business systems
- Coordinate change control, including impact assessments and advice
- Support audits, training sessions, and QA-related communication
- Provide QA administrative support, including preparation of meetings and reports
- Deliver functional support for Quality Management and Information Systems
- Conduct internal audits and support follow-up on findings
Wie ben jij?
What do you bring?
You're accurate, structured, and able to engage others in quality-driven improvements.
- Completed HBO-level education in a relevant field (e.g. Business or quality management)
- Knowledge of aerospace standards and regulations (ISO9001, AS9100, EASA, etc.)
- Experience with business systems and change management
- Proficiency in MS Office and information systems
- Strong communication and analytical skills
