Planner Transport / Coordianator Samsung

As a Transport Planner / Coordinator at Samsung SDS Smart Logistics in Born, you'll ensure smooth logistics planning. You'll solve bottlenecks and make sure transports run efficiently.

You'll coordinate and monitor transports. You'll set up orders, keep track of progress, and adjust where necessary. You'll also have frequent contact with customers and carriers. You'll keep them informed and ensure everything goes according to plan.

Additionally, you'll work on process optimization. You'll identify areas for improvement and actively contribute to enhancements. You'll arrange necessary (export) documents and perform administrative tasks in the TMS system and JIRA.

You'll work 32 to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM. Exact hours are negotiable.

This is what you bring:

• You have at least a completed MBO education. This helps you create complex schedules and solve problems.
• You have a good command of English, both spoken and written. This allows you to easily communicate with international partners.
• You have experience with Excel. This is important for creating and maintaining schedules.

It's a plus if you already have experience in logistics and transport. Experience with TMS is also an advantage. This position can be a great step in your career!
