As a Production Operator, you’ll play an essential role in the cultivation and processing of premium-quality sprouting vegetables. At our client’s family-run company in Nijmegen, you’ll operate machinery and carry out manual tasks to help ensure a high-quality final product. You’ll start with more straightforward tasks, giving you time to learn the process. If you show motivation and reliability, you can quickly take on more responsibilities and grow into a more technical or independent role.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and adjust production equipment used in cultivation, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Perform manual tasks to support the production of fresh, top-quality sprouts
- Monitor product quality and uphold hygiene standards throughout the process
- Collaborate with a friendly and informal team in a supportive work environment
- Work rotating shifts to meet production requirements
- Monthly salary between €2,745 and €3,260 (depending on experience)

We are looking for a proactive, flexible, and accurate production operator who enjoys working in a dynamic setting and values collaboration.
- Experience in a production environment (technical experience is a plus)
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labor
- Good command of English (Dutch is a plus)

- Willing to work in rotating shifts, including morning shifts
