PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
Workforce Planning / Recruiting & Onboarding
- Performing repairs on hydraulic tools and various tools.
- Assembling various hydraulic pumps and tools
- Localising and solving malfunctions.
- Technical support and guidance of production staff
- Identifying areas for improvement and making a proactive contribution to process optimisation

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A completed MTS education (Electro/Fine mechanics)
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Working from technical drawings and work instructions
- Affinity with hydraulic systems
- Good command of the Dutch language and good knowledge of English
- In possession of a valid driving licence
- Experience with SAP is an advantage, working with Excel reports would be nice
- You have a proactive and solution-oriented working attitude
