As a warehouse co-worker at IKEA you will be restocking shelves, picking customer orders, ensuring safety compliance, keeping the work area tidy, and promoting togetherness.

WHAT WE OFFER
• Start Date of employment will be: 19th and 21st September 2025
• Competitive hourly rate of £12.60 per hour.
• 12 Hours, working 3 days per week and 3 out of 4 weekends availability between 6.00am - 10.00pm.
• 20 Hours, working 3/4 days per week and 3 out of 4 weekends between 6.00am - 10pm.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, all you will need is the enthusiasm to thrive in an active workplace.
• Ability to work with IT systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure you are prepared to initiate tasks on your own initiative and to participate productively in group efforts.
• Compliance with health and safety guidelines necessitates that applicants are 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in delivering good customer service and maintaining clear communication with customers
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Manual handling of heavy stock.
• Working with or around heavy machinery, such as, Forklift trucks, counterbalance, pump trucks, to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
Replenishment
• Ensure stock is available to meet the needs of our in-store and online customers.
Order Picking
• Picking and preparing orders for both online and in-store collection or delivery.
Customer Facing
• Support customers in the self-service area of the warehouse, ensuring stock is organised and available while collaborating with other departments across the store.
