Wat je gaat doen As a production operator, you'll play a key role in the cultivation and processing of our premium-quality sprouting vegetables. Working at our family-owned company in Nijmegen, you'll combine machine operation with manual tasks to ensure a high-quality final product. What You Will Do:
- Operate and adjust production machinery involved in the cultivation process - keeping operations smooth and efficient.
- Perform manual handling tasks - contributing to the production of fresh, top-quality sprouts.
- Monitor product quality and hygiene standards - ensuring high-quality output throughout the process.
- Collaborate with your team - working in a friendly, informal, and supportive setting.
- Work in rotating shifts - showing flexibility to meet production demands.

- Monthly salary between €2,745 and €3,260, depending on your experience.
- Full-time contract (38 hours per week).

- Experience in a production environment and some technical experience.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work.
- A good command of the English or Dutch language.
- You have own accommodation.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
- Technical mindset and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a production environment is a plus.
