As IT Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
To support the Hotel IT Manager on the day-to-day IT support within the hotel operation
To drive first line colleague support, second line guest support, IT hardware and software maintenance tasks, system event alert rectifications and routine task management.
To provide support in the hotel on all IT and AV support issues (proactive and reactive)
To support on ad hoc projects to further enhance and elevate the guest and colleague experience
To provide additional support to the IT Manager for extended support hours during weekdays or weekends.
As IT Assistant we expect from you:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Previous experience in an IT environment, preferably with hands on experience with Hotel IT infrastructure is highly valued;
Advanced proficiency in the English language (Dutch is a plus)
Strong Hotel System Knowledge (PMS, POS, PBX, IPTV and Keycard systems)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
