We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Manager to lead our Customer Data Quality Program. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing meetings, preparing and guiding workshops, and synthesizing information to draw meaningful conclusions. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing data quality issues, enhancing our Data Quality (DQ) operating model, and establishing effective governance practices within our complex organizational structure.
This is a temporary assignment of 24 hours per week, with an expected duration of approximately 6 months. The start date is as soon as possible.
What you are going to do
You will facilitate meetings and workshops focused on data quality challenges, ensuring that all sessions are productive and goal-oriented. This includes preparing comprehensive agendas and materials that engage stakeholders and drive discussions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential, as you gather and consolidate data quality findings and insights.
Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining program documentation, including status reports and action items, to track progress and ensure timely completion of objectives. Your ability to communicate complex information clearly, both in writing and verbally, will be vital in driving stakeholder engagement and ensuring align-ment on data quality initiatives across various departments.
A successful candidate will have proven experience in program management, preferably in data quality or data governance, and possess strong organizational and facilitation skills. Who you will work with
The program is a collaboration between Bank, S&I, L&P and C&D. The stakeholders are a wide array of roles, such as data owners (sr. Managers) and data stewards. The experts will be the Data Quality Officers of each BU.
