As a customer service representative for the German market, you will be the main point of contact for our clients and ensure the smooth handling of inquiries, orders and aftersales. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company. In this role, you will have the chance to further develop your skills through training sessions and workshops.
You will start your workday by responding to customer inquiries and processing orders. You will liaise with both local and international departments to ensure that orders are completed accurately and on time. Throughout the day, you will work on preparing quotations, project pricing, and follow up on deliveries and invoicing. You will also be responsible for aftersales support and handling complaints.

Wat wij vragen
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial experience as a Customer Service
- Fluent in English and German
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of export procedures and documentation is an advantage
