If you are passionate about shaping the workforce of the future, thrive on turning strategy into action, and enjoy working across teams to make a real impact - then you might be the People Implementation Manager we're looking for.
What are you going to do
At BAM, we are committed to our mission Building a sustainable tomorrow. Our people are at the forefront of this mission. BAM's growth strategy requires scaling and reskilling our workforce. As our orderbook of sustainable projects continues to grow, our ability to always provide the right talent in the right place, at the right time is more critical than ever.
We are seeking a Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) Manager to further drive activation and embedding of Strategic Workforce Planning in the organization. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting our long-term business objectives and entails identifying future skill needs, addressing talent gaps and enabling data-driven workforce decisions. With the full organization on board, you are stepping in at a point where the program asks for further steering on its interventions, building on close collaboration with colleagues to ensure the right priorities are set and met. Working closely with HR, business leaders and subject matter experts, you will be instrumental in shaping a fit-for-purpose workforce.
The second pillar of this role is contributing to our Safety Transformation Program that we launched early 2025. At BAM, safety and wellbeing is a fundamental part of who we are and how we work. We want to ensure that every colleague returns home safe and well every day, and that we foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Within the programme, your activities will focus on the implementation of "Real-Life Examples". This approach analyses real incidents to connect context and behavior to safety risks. The first Real-Life Examples have been conducted and are being rolled out across BAM. Through strong understanding of how people work together (under pressure), you will further embed this practice in support of our Safety program.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and embed a comprehensive skill-based SWP framework across the organisation;
- Collaborate with business leaders and data analytics to anticipate resource needs and skill requirements, and to translate business objectives and workforce data into dynamic workforce models that inform decision-making;
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to drive initiatives focused on closing the critical workforce and skill gap (e.g., internal mobility, recruitment);
- Facilitate the rollout of Real Life Examples across the organization and embed learnings across the broader Safety Transformation Program;
- Combine data with qualitative insights to develop deep understanding of how context and behavior drives safety risks, and translate into actionable recommendations;
- Communicate complex SWP and Safety insights clearly to stakeholders, enabling proactive and strategic actions across BAM Group and Divisions.
What do we offer?
At BAM we believe in investing in our employees and creating a positive and inclusive work culture. At BAM you can work in a hybrid way, which allows you to work flexibly and find a good balance between work and private life.
- A salary between € 6.260,- and € 7.830,- gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience. This is based on a 40-hour working week and excludes 8% holiday pay;
