As a returns employee, you are responsible for processing returns quickly, accurately, and with a strong focus on customer service. Whether it's the wrong size, an exchange, or a defective item - you make sure everything is handled properly and efficiently.
You'll be part of a dynamic and informal team where collaboration is key. Our logistics center is the beating heart of the company and the first point of contact for our customers - which is why we're looking for someone who is precise, driven, and has a great eye for detail.
WAT GA JE DOEN?- Inspect returned packages and products
- Process all types of items and prepare them for a second life
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure everything is properly handled for the customer
- Support general warehouse tasks when needed during busy periods
- You have a strong service orientation and work accurately
- You are customer-focused
- You have some experience with computers
