Employment: Full-time / 38 hours per week

Salary range: €2,500 - €3,250 gross per month, excluding holiday allowance

Employment conditions according to the Horeca CAO

Performing preparatory tasks such as washing, cutting, pre-cooking, mixing, stirring, etc.

Assessing the quality of products/ingredients (freshness, shelf life, etc.) and preparing necessary tools
-
Carrying out cooking tasks while monitoring quality, doneness, taste, color, consistency, and adjusting when needed

Preparing orders for service through à-la-minute cooking, portioning, and garnishing

Supervising the work of assistants, providing guidance and instructions

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, working conditions, HACCP, and work and presentation standards
We Are Looking for Someone Who
-
Has demonstrable knowledge of basic kitchen techniques

Can work independently and in a structured manner, even during peak hours

Has a strong sense of quality, hygiene, and attention to detail

Can communicate effectively in Dutch or English
-
Is positive, engaged, and eager to learn
