- Navigate the world of air freight and manage shipments from start to finish
- Keep clients well-informed with clear, timely updates on rates, delivery timelines, and shipment progress
- Ensure accurate documentation and handle invoicing with precision
- Work closely with clients, carriers, and internal teams—locally and across borders
- Proactively identify improvements and suggest smart, efficient process enhancements

What we offer:
- A full-time position with daytime shifts in an international and fast-paced environment
- A competitive salary based on collective labor agreement: €2,750 – €3,400 gross per month, depending on experience
- No experience yet? No problem — this role offers a clear path to grow into the position, with the intention of a direct contract after a few months
