Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Senior Technician Food Technology for dsm-firmenich in Delft.

As a Senior Technician Food Technology, you will be working on the following tasks:

• Independently plan, execute and analyze enzyme biochemistry experiments
• Perform enzyme activity assays and enzyme incubations in food matrices
• Execute automated workflows using robotic systems for liquid and solid handling
• Analyze and interpret experimental data, discuss with team members, and report findings
• Improve lab workflows and efficiency through automation
• Maintain and troubleshoot analytical equipment
• Ensure all work complies with strict safety standards
