A day in your life at Intralox
You kick off your shift early. Forklift purring, scanner in hand. First goal: clear out finished belts, prep your station, check today’s workload. You scan labels, wrap pallets, consolidate accessories, and double-check everything, because you know shipping mistakes don’t fly.
After lunch, a last-minute rush comes in. No sweat, you shift gears, organize the freight, finalize documentation, and book the truck. You hustle, you focus, and you ship it like a boss. You leave the floor clear, the shipments tight, and your team proud. High five, clock out.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Keeping the assembly area clear and efficient
- Packing orders with care and speed, box, wrap, secure
- Prepping accessories in the right order with full accuracy
- Final staging and consolidation checks
- Applying correct shipping labels and processing last-minute order updates
- Handling shipping documentation and booking transport
- Supporting air freight under ‘Known Consignor’ protocols
- Arranging outbound loads for smooth handoff to carriers
- Following all procedures to ensure compliance and zero error
- A valid Dutch forklift certificate (or willing to get one fast)
- Confidence working in English, written and spoken
- Prior experience in a shipping or logistics role
- Bonus: You’ve worked with Oracle or Blujay (not required)
- A self-starting, get-it-done attitude
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Strong communication skills, you collaborate, not isolate
- Flexibility to work beyond regular hours when needed
