Key requirements
Flexible availability, with a focus on early morning shifts
Available for at least 2 shifts per week. However, the more the better
Weekend availability is crucial, with the ability to start at 05:00
Fluency in English; Dutch is an advantage
Living in the area of Rotterdam
In possession of the right documents to work in the Netherlands
What to expect? You will play a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests during the most important meal of the day. From providing exceptional service to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, your contributions will make every morning extraordinary for our guests. The working hours are between 05:00 and 16:00, and a shift is normally 8 hours. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting guests with a friendly and welcoming manner as they arrive for breakfast, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
Guiding guests to their seats with finesse, ensuring each interaction feels like a VIP entrance to the most important meal of the day.
Taking orders like a pro.
Keeping breakfast tables clean and organized, and resetting tables for the next set of guests.
Communicate like a pro with your Team and the Kitchen to make sure our guests receive their perfect omelets.
Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and with a positive attitude. Anticipate needs and provide recommendations as needed.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues.
Be adaptable to a dynamic work environment, as breakfast hours may vary, and weekends and holidays are typical working days.
Who are we looking for? You are a true team-player with an extensive hands-on mentality. In this highly international environment, you understand the importance of communication and your English skills are well developed. Furthermore, the following would describe you:
