As a customer care representative fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience with our innovative agricultural technology solutions. Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, and technical support with professionalism and care.
- Manage subscriptions by renewing contracts, promoting additional services, and collecting valuable customer feedback.
- Process sales orders accurately, handle payments, and assist with service activations.
- Maintain and update client account data in our database systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to service activation and operation, providing effective solutions.
- Competitive salary of €2500 - €2540 gross per month.
