We operate logistic hubs in over 30 countries, including the US, the UK, the EU, and Australia. CIRRO currently has three sub-brands:

CIRRO-Commerce, CIRRO Fulfillment and CIRRO Parcel.

CIRRO Parcel revolutionizes last-mile delivery, integrating top Delivery Service Partner (DSP) resources across France and Netherlands. We cater to a wide range of industries including fashion, electronics, and sports. From market places and e-commerce sellers to local retail shops, we have the expertise to meet specific delivery needs. With advanced technology support, we optimize routes, streamline processes, and minimize delivery times and offer real-time tracking for transparency and peace of mind.

Due to business expansion, CIRRO is offering an opportunity for the position of Customer Experience Specialist (Dutch) in our warehouse located in Amsterdam.

Tasks

  • Answer customer calls and respond to online inquiries daily, addressing questions regarding shipment tracking and delivery, and ensuring customersatisfaction through clear and accurate communication.
  • Record and update customer information in the company system to ensure effective follow-up on shipments and complaints.
  • Handle delivery-related incidents such as delays or missing packages, initiate investigations, and coordinate with logistics partners to resolve issues promptly.
  • Inform customers about resolutions or compensation measures for delivery issues, and ensure a satisfactory closure of each case.
  • Participate in return merchandise management and ensure the return process is executed in accordance with company policy.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize shipping and delivery processes, contributing suggestions for continuous improvement of the company’slogistics services.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, services, and internal logistics processes to provide customers with accurate and helpful information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with an independent understanding and perspective on customerservice.
  • Experience in local logistics customerservice in the Netherlands, familiar with customerservice management
  • and operational processes.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, good team spirit, and problem-solving ability.
  • Oriented towards serving customers and creating value for them.
  • Proficient in Dutch and English. Proficiency in Chinese is a bonus.
