You'll team up with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to align AI solutions with business goals, help set up governance frameworks for compliance and sustainability, and coordinate across flight, ground, and planning teams to deliver real, lasting impact.
What about my skills?
You've got solid hard skills in machine learning - both classical ML and generative AI - plus experience with cloud platforms, data migrations, and integrating legacy systems with modern tech. You know how to build scalable, compliant solutions that run smoothly in complex environments.
With at least 4 years in AI/ML roles, you've proven you can deliver AI solutions in production. You're comfortable working across teams, managing stakeholders, and driving change through process automation. Its a real bonus if you have aviation or regulated industry experience, plus know-how in roster optimization, baggage handling, passenger flow management, and modern data platform design - including data mesh architecture and governance frameworks.
