Truck driver C - Pallet transport

Functieomschrijving:
As a Category C truck driver, you are solely responsible for pallet transport. You deliver and pick up pallets daily from business customers in your region. You are the face of the company on the road and have daily contact with customers. You operate an EPT (Electric Pallet Truck) and make between 15 and 25 stops per day at various addresses, transporting and delivering only pallets.Additionally, you ensure that:

• You plan your routes smartly and carry them out efficiently;
• You load and unload pallets in the correct order;
• You communicate with customers politely in good Dutch or English;
• You leave the truck clean and empty at the end of your shift.

Working HoursYou work day shifts, for example from 5:30 AM to 2:30 PM or from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM. This way, you get home on time and avoid traffic jams.Your WorkplaceYou start from a base in Delft. You will join a close-knit team with an informal atmosphere.

Functievereisten:
For this position, we are looking for a driver who:

• Holds a valid Category C driving license with Code 95 and a driver’s card;
• Is physically fit and comfortable operating an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT);
• Speaks and understands Dutch or English well;
• Is enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and reliable come rain or shine.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:

• Salary between €2,900 and €3,400 gross per month, based on experience and a 40-hour workweek;
• Overtime pay up to 50%;
• 23 vacation days per year based on a 40-hour week;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer up to 30 kilometers one way;
