As a fast-growing startup on the frontline of product data innovation, we’re looking for a Talent & Recruitment Intern to help us find and attract the best talent out there. Tasks
Your primary goal: bring in 100 quality applicants within 3 months for Tappr’s key roles.
You’ll take full ownership of the sourcing and recruitment pipeline:
- Use LinkedIn and smart outreach tools to identify and approach top candidates
- Experiment with messaging, job profiles, and channels to optimize response rates
- Actively pitch our mission to high-potential talent
- Collaborate with the founders and team leads to define needs and refine job descriptions
- Build a scalable process that leaves a legacy, not just a list
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and driven by impact
- A natural communicator who enjoys reaching out and starting conversations
- Curious about startups, product innovation, and tech with purpose
