As a Logistics Administrator, you are the key link in the outbound logistics process. You’ll enter orders into the Warehouse Management System (WMS), maintain frequent contact with internal and external stakeholders, and monitor the entire shipping process. You ensure all documents and time slots are correctly arranged, handle export documentation, and are the main point of contact for clients like Amazon.
The department you’ll work in handles both B2B and B2C orders, shipping within Europe, to other company warehouses, and to export customers. You juggle a variety of tasks with patience and creativity, making sure every logistical challenge is solved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter orders into the WMS
- Maintain communication with Customer Service, carriers, and warehouse colleagues
- Review and manage incoming transport invoices
- Oversee outbound shipments from the Helmond warehouse, including for other company warehouses
- Create loading instructions, request time slots, and coordinate with carriers
- Work with the customs department to manage export documentation
- Prepare and manage freight documents and packing slips
- Manage and communicate through the Amazon portal
- Ensure the complete shipping process is handled from start to finish
- Actively resolve any shipment delays in collaboration with stakeholders
- Cooperate with your team to complete tasks together

Wie ben je?- Background in logistics with experience in an administrative role (e.g. Customer Service in a transportation company)
- Able to handle high-pressure situations and work well in a team
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal); Dutch or Polish is a plus
- Available to start between 8:00 and 9:00 in coordination with the team
- Office-based position (working from home only in exceptional cases)
- Experience with WMS and TMS systems
- Salary between €2,900 and €3,300 per month based on experience and knowledge
- Annual contract with a one-month probation period
- 32 to 40 working hours per week (with the option for a day off on Monday or Thursday)
