Production Employee Flower and Plants

What are you going to do
As a Production Employee in Flowers & Plants, you will be working in a greenhouse where temperatures range from 20 to 30 degrees Celsius during summer and around 10 degrees Celsius in winter. The tasks are typically carried out while standing.

Your tasks:

• Collect orders
• Check flowers and plants
• Assemble or wrap carts with foil
• Preparing orders for shipment
• Perform quality checks
• Paste stickers
• Cleaning work
• Sorting shipments

The standard working days run from Monday to Friday, with hours extending from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you're passionate about your job and crave more hours, the peak season offers the opportunity to work from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, or on Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 12:15 PM. It's your choice! The weekly working hours range from 40 to 45 hours.

Wat wij bieden

• A salary of €14,40 gross per hour
• An additional €375 gross per month if you also work Saturdays (from 7:00 AM to 12:15 PM)
