As a Team Leader Logistics, you are the point of contact for a team of 10 to 15 operators. You coordinate daily operations, prevent delays, and focus on both performance and team morale. You'll be working in a 3-shift system with rotating hours: morning shift from 07:00 to 15:30, afternoon shift from 15:00 to 23:30, and night shift from 23:00 to 07:30.Your responsibilities include:
