Job Purpose
The Global ISO Tank Manager will be the conduit to support the Hillebrand Gori commercial and operational teams with ISO tank know how and technical assistance. The successful candidate must Drive Global ISO Tank business development and provide Sales, Operations & Pricing strategy/guidance. Contribute to defining commercial/pricing strategy including planning, key initiatives, systems, tools and budgets. This includes building and maintaining a network of ISO tank providers to have flexibility and ability to offer our customers competitive options to ensure continued profitable growth for Hillebrand Gori.
Key Tasks
- Lead in design and ensure implementation of commercial/pricing strategy to understand customer needs in our ISO Tank BWS product category to ensure continue growth.
- Determine appropriate pricing for the business and enhance competitive position of the business offerings in line with business strategy, financial and operational objectives, Group guidelines and policies.
- Support development of commercial/pricing strategies across targeted market segments to achieve targeted market positioning.
- Participate in Group budget and results discussions to drive necessary change.
- Be the liaison with third party ISO tank providers & Hillebrand Gori, in accordance with our Hillebrand Gori Group commercial strategies and budget targets.
- Ensure ISO tank service provider compliance to Hillebrand Gori Group policies and standards.
- Ensure delivery and quality of proposal development and commercial/pricing programs to understand customer needs, determine appropriate commercial/pricing for the business and enhance competitive position of the business offerings
- Lead analysis of profitability and rate levels for existing and potential business and commercial/pricing and provide management reports as required (Weekly/Monthly/Annually).
- Provide expert advice and recommendations for commercial/pricing decisions as well as technical ISO Tank know how on ISO tanks.
- Analyze and research market findings to interpret competitive landscape and identify target market position by geography, market segment, customer group, etc.
- Influence others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures.
- Develop strong, trusting relationships with business leaders across Hillebrand Gori.
- Cooperate with and coordinate 3rd parties e.g. External service providers.
- Advise customers and key stakeholders on processes, systems, tools & technical ISO tank know how.
- Work closely with the Hillebrand Gori Global Commercial Team to achieve our budgets and strategies.
- Manage experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.
- Minimum 1 direct reporting line (ISO Tank Pricing/Sales Lead).

- More than 8 years in global ISO tanks segment.
- BWS markets and customer facing activities experience.
- Avid international traveler with a self-starting persona.
- Well versed with all Hillebrand Gori operations and pricing IT systems & processes.
- Operational savviness
- Buy/sell knowledge on large accounts
- Experienced communicator to tackle multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Job Location
For this role it is key the candidate is based in North Europe.
