As a Real Estate Senior Specialist, you’ll take ownership of critical real estate, loan, and contract processes—ensuring accurate invoice handling, timely payments, and strong collaboration with owners, suppliers, and internal teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement in a dynamic, stakeholder-focused environment.

As a Dispute Management Senior Specialist, you’ll be the go-to owner of the entire collection and dispute resolution journey. Taking full charge, you'll collaborate across teams and functions to deliver fast, accurate resolutions that minimize commercial risk and drive business impact. Beyond solving issues, you'll challenge the status quo , identifying root causes, improving processes, and helping shape a smarter, faster Order to Cash cycle. Your mission: reduce friction, boost efficiency, and turn every challenge into an opportunity for growth.

As a Penalty & Promo Senior Specialist, within our Finance department, you will be a process owner of these invoice payment processes – from reception and integration of the latest requests within SLAs to pay-out and reporting visibility responsibilities.
You will also be accountable for the achievement of team targets related to overdue and commercial losses for specific scope (France OFF Trade market), as well as the results of contractual service level agreements with clients, for internal and external clients' satisfaction
We are currently looking for French and Dutch speakers who are interested in the Finance field, are located in (or want to relocate to) Prague, CZ and who would support our stakeholders on the Belgian and Dutch markets.

What you'll bring:

Fluency in English and French or Dutch (speaking, reading and writing)

MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, …)

Experience with SAP or other Financial systems is a plus

Higher education (Undergraduate degree) or 1+ years of equivalent work experience in Finance or Business Management is preferred

Capable of being entrusted with “confidential” information

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Customer-facing experience is preferred
