We’re looking for a CRO Specialist to support our in-house CRO Manager and scale testing across our 10+ Shopify Plus stores. You’ll run the full CRO process — from research and test strategy to execution and reporting — with room to grow into a full-time lead role with performance-based bonuses.

Tasks

🎯 Your Role

• Run CRO cycles end-to-end: research → hypothesis → test → report
• Coordinate clean implementation with the dev team
• Prioritize high-impact test ideas
• Share learnings with design, marketing, and leadership
• Manage tests proactively — also outside 9–5 when needed

Requirements

✅ Requirements
• Proven CRO experience in Shopify environments
• Hands-on with Intelligems (or willing to learn), Microsoft Clarity / Hotjar, GA4
• Familiarity with Shopify Plus (theme logic, checkout limitations, multi-store setup)
• Using the hidden word "Black Friday" in your application to demonstrate your eye for detail
• Analytical, precise, self-starting
• Bonus: basic front-end (HTML/CSS/JS) or experience managing devs
