What Will You Do as a Production Employee?In this essential role, you’ll be responsible for preparing the dough and syrup – the base of our signature treats. You follow recipes with precision, ensuring the perfect consistency and quality every time.Your tasks include:
- Preparing dough and syrup based on standardized recipes
- Weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to strict guidelines
- Monitoring quality and adjusting the process when necessary
- Coordinating with oven operators and the rest of the production team
- Accurately recording production data and process details
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Keeping your work environment clean and organized
Functievereisten:
Who Are We Looking For?We are seeking someone who is reliable, precise, and thrives in a dynamic production environment.You have:
- Experience in food production or a similar role (is a plus, not a must)
- A hands-on, proactive attitude
- Basic technical or mechanical insight
- A good command of Dutch or English
- The ability to work accurately and follow procedures
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation
