What Will You Do?As a Machine Operator, you are essential to the daily operation of our production line. You set up machines correctly, keep them running smoothly, and deliver high-quality results.Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing machines for production and setting parameters;
• Operating and monitoring the production process;
• Quickly resolving minor technical issues or deviations;
• Reporting malfunctions or product defects to supervisors;
• Participating in improvement projects and efficiency initiatives;
• Following hygiene, safety, and quality regulations;
• Keeping your workstation and equipment clean and orderly.

You will work in a three-shift system, contributing to consistent output and continuous improvement.

What Do You Bring?We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a technical setting.Your profile:

• Mbo+ level of education or similar working/thinking level;
• 1–2 years of experience as a Machine Operator (or comparable role);
• Good command of English or Dutch;
• Willing to work in 3 shifts;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Technical interest and hands-on mentality;
• A proactive and safety-first mindset.
