As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the welcoming face of our company, ensuring visitors, clients, and colleagues feel at ease from the moment they arrive. What you will do:
- Reception and visitor management: greet and assist visitors, manage sign-ins, and ensure seamless coordination with internal teams.
- Communication management: handle incoming phone calls and emails, providing basic information or directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Administrative support: assist with tasks like data entry, meeting room bookings, and internal communications to keep daily operations on track.
- Office maintenance: ensure the front desk, meeting rooms, and common areas are clean, organized, and welcoming, while coordinating repairs and maintenance when needed.
- Event and facility coordination: support internal meetings and events by managing logistics, catering, and room setups, and ensure coffee stations and supplies are well-stocked and operational.

- Competitive monthly salary: €2,600 - €3,200.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
- Part-time role: 16 to 24 hours per week (24 hours if you have marketing experience).
