Are you someone who loves being the first point of contact and ready for a dynamic challenge? Then we’re looking for you! Stayokay Utrecht-Centrum is currently looking for a Front Office Employee to join our team immediately.
You will...
- welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and ensure everything runs smoothly at the front office during your shift
- work with PMS, our reservation system, for both group and individual bookings
- closely collaborate with your colleagues and lend a hand wherever needed
You have...
- completed a tourism-related education, or are studying tourism or hospitality — experience as a receptionist is great but not required
- a minimum age of 21 due to duty responsibilities
- preferably a first aid (BHV) and Social Hygiene certificate, or the willingness to obtain them soon
- no problem multitasking and can stay calm under pressure
- as a true ‘local know-it-all’, the best tips for our guests
- no trouble with Dutch, and you manage just fine in English
- availability to work at least two weekends per month
- an open-mind and drive and finds sustainability important!
