To support our expansion in the Benelux region, we’re looking for a driven and dynamic Account Executive to join us as soon as possible.
This role is fully remote you can only work out of NL or Belgium.
As Account Executive, you’ll take full ownership of your territory and help us bring Luware’s solutions to life.
Your responsibilities
- Acquire new customers and nurture existing relationships
- Guide prospects through a solution-oriented sales process
- Present our offerings with persuasive storytelling and impactful demos (remote and on-site)
- Lead contract negotiations independently
- Own your pipeline from first touch to closed deal
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure customer success
Your skills
- Passion for cloud communications and the ambition to represent Luware in the Benelux region
- Proven experience in SaaS solution sales
- A competitive edge and the drive to win customers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Dutch and French at native level, fluent in English – mandatory
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure ecosystem and ICT/CTI markets is a strong asset
- Microsoft Teams telephony knowledge is a big plus
- A creative mindset and the ability to think beyond the obvious
- A customer-first attitude and the skill to uncover real needs and opportunities
- A collaborative spirit and a strong focus on results
