Your Mission
We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic, and data-driven team player. In this role, you will provide stakeholders with valuable HR data for various issues. Your constant drive for improvement and keen eye for detail ensure continuous development and optimization of reports, dashboards, and ultimately HR analytics.
Responsibilities:
• Develop new reports, manage existing ones and underlying tools, and advise on reporting and analytics.
• Translate HR data needs into appropriate reports, data, or analyses.
• Handle ad-hoc queries and maintenance of standard reports, while also initiating simplification or automation.
• Together with HR Reporting colleagues, ensure the quality of various reports and identify data quality issues, opportunities, and risks.
• Build strong relationships, connect with others, and provide advice.
• Continuously seek new opportunities and insights in data, reporting, and analytics.
Your Work Environment
The position is based in Bunnik. At BAM, we work in a hybrid model, allowing partial work from home and office. As an HR Data & Reporting Specialist for our International Holding. You will be part of the HR Group team and work closely with Group HR Reporting colleagues in the Netherlands, United Kingdom and Ireland.
This role is for you
As a People Analytics Specialist, you possess excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. You must navigate different perspectives, manage relationships in a multicultural environment, and demonstrate accountability. A solid understanding of Data Management or Science is essential. Additionally, you have:
• A Master's degree, preferably in Data Analytics or HR-related fields (or equivalent experience);
• At least 3 years of experience in Data Science or HR data platforms such as SuccessFactors, Crunchr, and strong Excel skills;
• Proven experience with dashboarding tools like Power BI;
• Preferably MS Power BI certification or similar training;
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English (written and verbal).
