Are you passionate about driving impactful change and clear communication across international teams? Join us as a Change and Communications Expert and help lead the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive (PTD) across our organisation.
This is a temporary assignment of 36 hours per week, for a minimum duration of 6 months. The start date is as soon as possible.
What you are going to do
As a Change and Communications Expert, you will be responsible for translating and executing complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable change and communication strategies. This role has a strong focus on execution and delivery. This is a hands-on role, where you will be expected to get things done.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Working in the Change & Comms workstream for the PTD project
- Developing and executing multi-channel communication strategies
- Coordinating with HR, Legal, Comms, and Reward teams across countries
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement and readiness tracking
- Ensuring compliance and documentation of all communication efforts
- Maintaining a strong focus on delivery, execution, and tangible outcomes
