Front of House Manager - art'otel Amsterdam Become the face of the iconic art'otel Amsterdam, art Gallery and ARCA destination restaurant! The art'otel is a luxury modern lifestyle hotel overlooking the Amsterdam Central station, boasting 107 vibrant rooms with artistry throughout the hotel from the visionary designer Atelier Van Lieshout. Inside the art'otel is a seasonal art gallery which hosts artists from the Amsterdam area, connecting our international hotel guests to local talent! Just above the Gallery is where our Portuguese destination restaurant ARCA is located, giving you one of the most diverse, artistic and centrally located workplaces in the city. As the Front of House Manager, you will have the creative ability to intertwine your passions of art and hospitality! You will inspire our international-minded front office team to push for innovative ways to create a memorable and personalized guest experience. What we are looking for in a Front of House Manager:

• Seasoned Front of House leader with 2+ years of experience as an assistant in a larger hotel or as a manager in a similar sized hotel
• Empower highest quality guest service through upperscale city hotel experience, minimum 4*
• International mindset built from working with multicultural teams, preferably in Holland or UK
• Operational leader who inspires the team (Front office team leaders, front office hosts, night receptionists, concierge/doormen) to personalize our services at each opportunity
• Innovative mindset that brings forward new and exciting ideas to improve guest service and offerings!
