Functieomschrijving:
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the production process. You’ll prepare operations, operate machinery, and monitor production to ensure a high-quality final product. You will oversee the performance of machines and processes, intervene in case of deviations, and resolve any malfunctions.You will also identify and report any errors or defects to your supervisor. Beyond your operational tasks, you will participate in improvement projects, record quality data, and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. Keeping machines and your workstation clean is also part of your responsibility.

What are we looking for?

• MBO+ level of education and thinking;
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a machine operator;
• Excellent command of the English or Dutch language;
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system;
• Strong communication skills;
• Technical interest and hands-on mindset;
• Proactive attitude.
